Our goal is customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hebegbees@yahoo.com with the following information:

  1. Name and address as it appears on the order
  2. Name of product you are not satisfied with along with the date of manufacture and lot number.
  3. Reason you are not satisfied. If there was damage to the product we will happily replace the product and ship it out to you free of charge. If you are not happy with the results of the product we are more then happy to replace the product with a different one or refund your full purchase price.
  4. In the event that you have changed your mind and no longer want your order after it has already shipped, we ask that you ship the item(s) back to us in their original, unused condition and we will issue you a refund of the purchase price, (not including shipping charges) once we receive the product back. We recommend shipping it back priority mail with the USPS as it will automatically be insured.

Please note that all refunds, returns, or exchanges must be done within 14 days of receipt of the order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
