- Shake bottle well
- Use 1 spray behind each ear. Using gentle pressure, massage in a circular motion from top to bottom 5 times
- Use 2 spray on each side of neck.. Using gentle pressure, massage in a circular motion from bottom of ears to shoulders 5 times
- Use 2 spray on back of neck. Using gentle pressure, massage in a circular motion from base of skull to back 5 times
- Use 3 spray on chest/abdomen. Using gentle pressure, massage in a circular motion from right beloow hollow spot to belly button 5 times.
