Directions:
For topical use only. Apply to abdomen before meal 3 times per day. May apply to hollow spot of neck if feelings of hunger return in-between meals or before eating a snack. If sensitivity occurs, place 1 teaspoon of essential oil in 8oz of carrier oil to dilute for topical application.
May also apply to aromatherapy jewelry or diffuse to help curb appetite in-between meals.
