Directions:
When your immune system has been stressed or you have been exposed to an illness, reach for our 4 BEES Immune Support Stick. After exposure, onset of symptoms, or at start of stress, use 4 BEES Immune Support Stick every 20 minutes for the first hour and then every 30 minutes for the next 2-3 hours. After that use once every 4-6 hours. After the first 24 hours reduce to 2-3 times per day. Apply onto the lower back, along the entire spine, upper back, chest, and feet (soles, bottom of toes, and between toes). The feet are one of the most valuable topical application sites as the pores are large and absorb oils easily. Note when applying to infants, young children, and those with sensitive skin, apply only to the feet as the feet are not as sensitive to essential oils.
